What does the registration fee include?
Your fee includes delegate kit, all meals during conference, pre-conference training, committee materials, certificate, and access to networking events. Accommodation is optional.
Can beginners participate?
Absolutely! We have committees for all experience levels. Our pre-conference training program is specifically designed to help beginners excel.
What is the team registration process?
Teams can have up to 10 members. The team leader generates a unique code and adds teammates. Team registration offers discounted rates of â‚ą3,700 per person (without accommodation).
How do I upload payment proof?
After registration, you'll receive a QR code for payment. Simply pay the amount, take a screenshot, and upload it through our secure portal.
Is the registration fee refundable?
No. All registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
What happens if the event is postponed?
Your registration will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. No additional charges will apply.
What if I booked travel or accommodation for the event and only received a partial refund?
In such cases, participants may claim compensation for the unreimbursed portion, provided that valid proof of both the original booking amount and the refund received is submitted.
What do I need to provide to claim compensation for partial refunds?
Proof of the original booking amount and Proof of the partial refund received from the service provider. All supporting documents must be submitted within 24 hours of cancelling your ticket and receiving the partial refund. Once the documents are verified, the eligible compensation amount will be processed and refunded at the earliest possible time.
